This began, quite literally, in my parent's garden.
They grew the jalapeños, and my mother created the recipes.
Now, as a mother myself, I feel deeply committed to carrying that love forward.
I’ve carefully developed recipes that highlight flavor, warmth, and balance, using only fresh jalapeños sourced locally here in Japan.
Season 1 marks my first release, a curated collection of three jalapeño sauces, each crafted as its own expression.
